Nina | Class of 2021

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” ~ Barack Obama

I’ve had the pleasure of working with three seniors from the same family, different years. Nina is the last of her crew — multi-talented, enthusiastic and fun to work with during the last hot days of summer!

Getting to Know NINA:

Hometown: Jefferson City, MO

High School: Jefferson City High School

Three words that describe me: Outgoing, Determined, Passionate

One thing people don’t know about me is that I absolutely love politics and hopefully will one day work in the Capitol.

Most interesting place I’ve been: The most interesting place I’ve been is probably Charleston, West Virginia. Lots of people just think it’s just another little country town in WV, but it’s so much more. Charleston has so many cool mountains, buildings and neighborhoods, but for me what makes it so interesting is all the amazing diverse people you meet. The community is so welcoming and friendly, that you immediately feel right at home. I have met some amazing  people there that I will never forget about.

Favorite food: My favorite food would have to be sushi!!

Describe your perfect day: A perfect day for me would be waking up and getting a fresh cup of coffee, then heading to a hiking ground and exploring the earth. Then coming home to my friends and just back road the whole night while listening to music.

If we never had this current pandemic, COVID-19, what would you be doing or wanting to do? I was planning to get an internship in the Capitol this year but the pandemic stopped that from happening, so I would probably be doing that.

Plans after graduation: After graduation I plan to go into the United States Air Force and be a paralegal while majoring in political science with a minor in history and psychology, to hopefully become a lawyer and open my own firm.

Nina, thank you for being one of our new senior reps (and doing a great job with make-up!). We had so much fun with your sessions, and I hope to work with you again (Nina is an aspiring photographer, as well). Good luck with your senior year and all your future endeavors! xo, Ren

SENIORS, we only have a few dates left in the fall. If you are interested in booking a session, contact 2Rtist Photography and DM me for details. Thank you!

Behind the scenes: Masked up and ready to go! Thank you Matt for always being there to assist, find the best “light”, make us laugh, and carry the best conversations. xoxo Loves.
